I grew up in a Jamaican home so my first culinary experiences were filled with Jamaica’s rich flavours which are influenced by West African, Indian and South American cuisines and ingredients indigenous to the island's tropical climate.

When it comes to food, variety is the spice of life for me so there will always be three or four menus on rotation at our dinner events each season.

We have an elite group of guests who have tried all our set menus. Will you join them?
Not only is Jamaican food close to my heart, it is quite a new cuisine to many Dutch people which excites me because I have the opportunity to introduce you to some of our most loved dishes with my own twist that you will never forget.

The menus below are served at our 'Dinner Party with Strangers' events. The menu for our Pop-up Weekenders can be found on the event page.
Each menu includes three courses; starters, main and dessert. There is a vegan alternative listed for each course and if you need an alternative dish for one course, please let us know in advance in the dietary requirements section when you reserve with us.

Set Menu Two (Spring/ Summer 2025)
Starters - Jerk Pork Skewers
Pork shoulder marinated in our homemade jerk marinade for 48 hours and then smoked with fruit tree wood served on skewers with seasoned mixed vegetables. Starters (vegan) - Jerk jackfruit Skewers
Jackfruit chunks marinated in our homemade jerk marinade and then grilled on the BBQ. Served on skewers with seasoned mixed vegetables. Vegetarian
